Can GTD service be used with DNS Failover?
Posted by on 07 February 2013 07:58 PM

GTD services can be used in conjunction with DNS Failover. In this scenario, GTD services will regionally direct querying clients to a hosted server closet to their location. In addition, in the event the cloest server for a particular regionally defined record is unavailable based on specific monitoring criteria, DNS Made Easy will automatically update this record so queries are sent to the next closest GTD region.

We have a tutorial that explains this configuration in the DNS Made Easy control panel.
