Is there an account history of changes or logins?

DNS Made Easy provides a full audit logs so that every change or login can be monitored. There is an "Activity Log" link at the bottom of any page of the web control panel that logs all changes made to your account, including times dates and IP addresses.

In a sub-user environment only the primary admin account has access to the Activity Log.

I don't see the menu to create users/folders/groups?

How do I set up an ACL for account access?

Do you offer multi-factor authentication?
