I set up mail server forwarding but am not receiving messages

Please note, it does take about an hour after initially adding the configuration into the web control panel for it to be fully functional.

Please verify that the destination port on your mail server is accessible from outside your network. This can be confirmed with a telnet test. You would also want to verify that the correct MX records have been added to your domains DNS configuration: IN MX 10 IN MX 20 IN MX 30 IN MX 40
