I don't see a Finalize button on the payment page?

Typically you will see a red indicator on the left side of the screen which points to the problem service. This means either you are attempting to process a transaction which does not cover the current service usage in your account or you are attempting to modify an existing subscription and remove a service which is currently in use on your account.

Please remove the configuration of the service you see highlighted in red. You will then be able to proceed with processing your transaction.
