I am seeing the error "Client host rejected, cannot find your hostname" when sending email to the backup email servers.

This error message indicates the sending email server does not have reverse DNS configured. According to the RFCs released for SMTP all outgoing mail servers should have valid reverse DNS and our backup email servers require valid reverse DNS to accept email for a domain. 

If you do not have DNS services through DNS Made Easy, please contact your DNS provider regarding configuration of reverse DNS.
