Resetting Your DNS Made Easy Support Portal Password April 29, 2025 17:09 Updated Starting April 29th, DNS Made Easy is transitioning from FreshDesk to Zendesk for all customer support interactions. You'll need to reset your password to manage your support cases in the new Customer Support Portal.If you have problems accessing your account, please contact our support team at support@dnsmadeeasy.com. You may follow the steps below to request a new password and gain access to your support account. 1. Navigate to our Customer Support Portal, click "More..." in the top right, and then "Reset My Password." 2. Enter your Email Address and Click "Submit". 3. Follow the link in your email for "Set a new password." 4. Enter your desired password and click "Change password." 5. You will be logged into the Support Portal after submitting.
