Overview
DNS Made Easy allows you to delete domains in bulk. This is useful for MSPs or organizations that manage large volumes of domains.
Prerequisites
- You have multiple domains in your DNS Made Easy account that you need to delete.
How to Delete Multiple Domains in DNS Made Easy
1. Navigate to Managed DNS
After logging in to the DNS Made Easy dashboard, select Managed DNS from the DNS menu at the top of the page.
2. Choose Bulk Select
Once in the Managed DNS portal, click the Bulk Select tab at the top left of the page.
3. Search For Domains You Want to Delete
Enter the domains you want to delete in the Domain Names field. You can also type the first few letters of the domain name and then click Search.
Note: Leaving the Domain Names field blank will generate a list of all domains in your DNS Made Easy account. You can choose to select all for deletion or check the box beside the individual domains you wish to delete.
4. Select Domains
Your results will display according to the search criteria you chose. To select All, click the top box in the left column. If you only want to delete specific names in the list, check the box next to each domain name.
Click the Select Checked button after making your selections for deletion.
5. Delete Domains
On the Modify Multiple Domains page, click the Delete Domains button. To verify the affected domains, click on the “Changes will affect X selected domains” bar.
Step 6: Confirm Deletion
To confirm, type DELETE in all caps and click Submit.
After hitting Submit, a popup message will confirm the deletion was successful. Click OK to finish.
